Welcome to Callanetics Exchange

Welcome to my blog. I created this blog to share insights and tips on Callanetics exercises and journal about my own progress and discoveries.

You may have recently heard of Callanetics, which has retained an incredible following considering it first launched onto the scene nearly 22 years ago, or are picking it up again after an extended vacation.

As a life-long "I hate exercise" person, I was amazed to finally find a program that I not only enjoyed, but that was incredibly effective and even relaxing. Callan refers to it as "Meditation in Motion" and I couldn't agree more!
