I have been overweight and large breasted for over a decade now and it has really done a number on my spine and my muscle strength, especially above the bra line.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Although I'm no longer a 44G, even at a much-reduced 34DD, it's still a lot of weight to carry in front, especially if you're trying to maintain a decent posture.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;First, unfortunately, is my normal posture, followed by a more normal healthy position.
